Are you allowed to blog when not much happens? I hope so. Can't imagine the look on my face if the blog-police start banging on the door...

Speaking of law enforcement, one of my favorite TV starlets made it on the cover of a recent TV guide, Marg Helgenberger. wOOt! She can examine me for evidence, anyday!

Well, not much has happened in a while. Ever been through that? Get up, go to work, go home exhausted - too tired to go out - go to sleep. Then.... Get up, go to work, go home exhausted - too tired to go out - go to sleep. Of course, I won't include the days that I ... Get up, go to work, go home exhausted - too tired to go out - go to sleep. Gawd, what a rut.

I have taken in a lot of movies recently. An unnatural amount, really - I've probably seen as many movies in the last three week as I did all of last year.

Cars: Animated film, but really cliched. No surprises there, but a fuzzy-kind of feeling movie.

X-men III: Glad I didn't miss it on the big screen, but too many deaths kinda spoiled it. Nice to see the Danger Room in action.

Over The Hedge: Another animated flick, was okay, but again, the plot was pretty predictable.

The Da Vinci Code: Must have been the last person on the planet to see this one. Theatre was empty, albiet an early showing probably didn't help. Not much for religion, but was an okay movie. Creepy hairdo on Tom Hanks.

Lady In The Water: Didn't know where this fantasy was going, too many questions, not enough answers. Still, it did have the ability to spook you as well as make you laugh in parts where you weren't expecting any jocularity.

Click: I expect the DVD to be better than most, since most of the movie plays like a DVD. Kate Beckinsale is a goddess! The movie kinda reminded me of "A Christmas Carol." Life's too short, don't miss the little things - that kinda message.

Clerks 2: I dunno about this one. I thought some parts were really funny and some parts went too far into the "bad taste" zone.

Superman Returns: Yes, that's right, returns. As in, comes back. Didn't really look into it when it came out, so I was surprised that the movie wasn't a remake. I guess this movie was supposed to take place 5 years after Superman III? It was okay.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest: Keira Knightley is certainly easy on the eyes! I really enjoyed this one as much as the first one. Cliff-hanger ending, kinda. I'll expect PotC: III in about a year. I'll really be surprised if they don't make it.

Well, thanks for reading. I guess I better sign off and get some sleep. I need to... Get up, go to work...
