That was the first thing I heard as I walked into an 8am meeting this morning. I love it. Camraderie of misery.

All I really want to blog about is work shit. And that is just all together not very smart, and boring. So I'll just leave you with this - how many times have you wanted to just grab someone by the shoulders, shake them, and say "JUST. STOP. TALKING!"?

I daydream about it sometimes. What's your work I-just-want-to-tell-off-so-and-so daydream?  

I guess I'll go do some Facebook updates about how busy I am and how I have too much work to do. That seems to be what the cool kids do these days.

Mostly I don't like it when people pawn off their "opinions" as Facts. I'm not an idiot. I can tell the damn difference. Quit talking out your ass. :D

ya... I pretty much cut people off if they talk to much and intercept with my own story.. because I'm of course more important than they are

Good luck an think about this in a positive manner. you did not step in shit when you got to the meeting since animals are kept out of offices. :)

I wanna tell people to shut up once every 22.9 minutes... maybe it's less. LOL I hate how people would rather watch the train wreck rather than taking initiative to fix a potential problem.

I am a talker... I love to talk. And there is one woman at my work where even I am thinking "STFU, you are embarrassing yourself." now THAT is bad. Other than that, it's just people who use bullshit "businessy/IT terms" when they don't know what they are tlaking about.... that's annoying.

I have fun with those people. I try to see if I can steer the conversation to a conclusion, or I try to steer it towards solving one of my goals. Then I go back to see how fast I can get the conversation or meeting over. Find ways to make the meeting shorter, both during and in the scheduling of the next meeting. Once the goals are completed, it just turns into BS talk, and then I give a statement like, well it looks like I have a lot to do, or where do you want to eat for lunch. I'm a master at getting out of meetings.
