1UPs streams

IGN has a subscription based service with lots of goodies

GameSpot's streams (right side, halfway down)

Xbox.com will have a live feed of their press conference
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/events/e32007/
If you don't find a decent live feed, Microsoft will make available highlights of their press conference via XBLM wednesday morning.
