BACK

I'm back from vacation, spent 3 weeks visiting family up in Canada.  It had been 2 years since I was there last and usually i just go for a long weekend or something becausei have to go there for an event.  SO it's usually a pop in pop out thing so i twas good to spend three whole weeks up there, i had originaly planned on going for a month but since i was using airline miles i was kind of at their mercy. 

Except coming back, i had in my head i came back on wednesday but i was actually suppose to come back on tuesday.  So when i tried to check in , the kiosks were telling me that my plane had already left and here it was 2 hours before i thought the plane should be leaving.  So i'm like, stupid computers and go up to a real person.   Then they check and check and then tell me my flight was 'yesterday'.   So i had to pay 100 bucks in change fees but the flight home i got was better time wise.  So my 'free' flight home still ended up costing me 300 bucks in extra airline fees and shuttle fees.  Free ain't what it used to be !

Speaking of costs, what the fuck is up with the $3 /gallon gas prices?  seriously what the fuck?  Where is the justification for this price, how the hell do we go from 1.65ish 4 months ago to $3?  That's like the fastest gas price increase ever.  Fucking rediculous, i can't wait for there to be an affordable 'normal' electric car built so i can waive my middle finger at every single gas station i pass.

Anyway, i'm back, i'll start the news posts back up on monday.  Oh i also got my brother to buy a 360 or rather the two of us working on his wife finally got her to cave :lol:  so he ended up picking up the RE5 bundle that has the red elite/controller in it.  It was the only one we could find that was Elite that was the Jasper chipset in it.  We looked at the normal black ones and they had some shit from like january 2008 still on the shelves.  I guess people cherry pick the good ones and leave the old stock behind, so the only way we could gurantee he got a Jasper was to get the RE5 bundle and neither one of us even liked the RE5 demo.  But he's got the game so he'll be looking for a 2o2p person to play some co-op with.
