Game of Thrones

Its a great series. I read the first a number of years ago and it didn't pick up in popularity until a few more came out in the series. It's one of the better series in the last 10 years for sure.

Im totally excited for it too. I just hope it lives up to the books. At least its being done by HBO so it has a good chance.

Hadn't heard about the HBO thing, but the books that have been written are excellent, very interested in seeing where it all leads. However....It could be a very long wait.

it has been, what, three years since his last book in this series? i checked on it last year round x-mas, and they said it was to be published by march of last year. i checked in march, they said july, i checked july they said christmas. how much do you want to bet when i check this x-mas they say march? awesome books, just wish he'd commit to finishing them....or at least if he has finished them, force his publisher to release them in a timely manner instead of holding onto them to create a demand.
