Impressed by Microsoft Support

it's not as bad as it use to be.  I hope the xbox division takes note.  Since I got a new motherboard I had to re-activate Vista.  It was really easy.  I called support and he said to run a program and follow its directions.  It was pretty simple process, took about 5 minutes.  But then a couple days later the tech support guy emailed me asking if everything was working and resolved.  Cool.

if only xbox support was that good. took me 3 months to get a RROD console fixed.

It's good they have great customer support for such a crappy OS. :)
