Controllers: Check!

Super-productive night last evening...and I'm not talking about the hot dickings either ;)

1) Controller support is now in.
    You can now use game controllers with GalX. I a Logitech dual-analog and playing GalX with that is SOOOO much easier than using the keyboard.

2) Custom "binding" dialog box is fully operational.
   You can now bind all of the ship flight controls and other operations to whatever key / game controller button that you want. You can set them in the pre-game menu or you can change them via the in-game menu (oh yeah, I've got an in-game menu now too!).


Thanks to DSmooth for the suggestion of "low health" audible warning. He's been bugging me to put in support for sound, and I think I'm finally going to get around to it.

I need to cook up support for actually playing sound and then I'll try too cook up / dig up sounds for the following actions -

- Level Music
- Weapon Fire
- Weapon "hit"
- Ship-on-wall collision
- Ship explosion
- Low Health
- Low Weapon Energy
