39 hours and 11 minutes

Well just thought you guys would like to know...that is the count down..woot woot...

Had a bit of a crisis last night, I ended up taking two naps yesterday and woke up from the last one at like 5:00pm.  I woke up and fixed manwhiches, messed around a bit and got real crabby and cranky. I was like "what is my problem?" Then I realized that I forgot to change my patch by 30 minutes. Almost had a melt down. Finally got on, was trying to push through it when I got an invite from Daddy to play the BETA. I thought what the hell, let's see what all the fuss is about... so I go in and I am talking and saying hi..but get no response..It's like they were ignoring me.... :( I am playing a few rounds and, not real impressed do far, but hey i am going with it...when Karma,shows up and wants an invite. I send him a couple pof messages and get an INV..then get this...my MIC goes out. No one can hear me....I am saying shit and again feeling ignored. Karma gets kicked out and sends me another message stating he can't get back in.

To make a long story short, eventually I figure out that my MIC is not working and panic. I send a message to KARMA saying BRB gotta run to the store. It's 8:40 here, but since I am not feeling well and I am in a sheer panic as it is...and hardly breathing through the coughing spasams, I elect to go to my favorite place instead of the "fucking Walmart". This is Movie Trading Company, I saw that they had brand new headsaets, not MS, for 13.99,,so I pick that up and an extra wired controller just to make sure I have everything I need. Now imagine that even though I want a smoke really bad..I did not do it. I stopped off and grabbed a Game Fuel instead. Wish it had been some wine or a beer but I can't drink until after Sunday, unless the DOC puts me on more antibiotics...

We played for a while last night, Fairy, KARMA, Athena (Karma's wife) and myself. Cakes showed up all sexy in his pink and wanted an invite so I set up a room for ten and eventually we had 7 going....but my new MIC wasn't so great after all. Sometimes they could hear me and sometimes they couldn't. I played all night before finally being on a team that won the very last game. I ended up spawn camping on Cakes and Fairy because I felt that leveled the playing field some, considering I couldn't get Cakes to strip. (off some of his armour) :)..Athena had 17 kills on cakes at one point, and I think I had only one and it was not Cakes....I felt like 2 inches tall..she had only played twice. I thought wow I must be really bad...its like special ed for R6V..LOL Come to find out, she had to take a shower and let her 12 year old son play ,Connor. Who is also an ELITE on his own character. He is awesome. Boy was I relieaved to find out that it wasn't her!!!!! Athena, was kicking ass..or so we thought, she is brand new.We called it a night at about 1 am. Did a breathing treatment, and I am still trembling from it this morning. GOD I fucking hate these things.

If my coughing is much better I may try to go to work tomorrow, and test the waters. If I am not better then I am almost to the weekend. If I am then I still have the weekend. I have to get a release from my Dr first though. He seems really hesitant to give it up.....
