Camcorder blues

Man o man.. I just bought a new DVD camcorder so I can post video's on youtube and film the family.. I go to best buy tell them I want a dvd type and something with a memory stick and a usb cord to hook up to the computer.. They recommend one to me I buy it go home BAM... It takes tapes and there are no instructions... So I'm back to best buy to return it.. The give me another that takes dvd's this time and has instructions but no dam cable to hook up to the computer.. I'm about to throw this bitch out the window.. Plus no SD card
