Woot! an update!

Its been long enough! Finally an update!

Ive been extremely busy lately. Ive been playing my instrument for about 5 days a week with night rehearsals. For those that dont know I play the trumpet. Ive been playing for about 15 years. I was in the pit orchestra for "A Chorus Line", which took up most of the time. Its finally over. This weekend, Ive got a paying gig for Easter Sunday. Im playing at a church, and then doing another service at Virginia Tech. I get to play my piccolo trumpet, something I dont get to do too much.

I finally got on a softball team with my wife. It should be a lot of fun. We couldnt find a team last year, so its good to be back. Were also trying to get better at golf, which we started last year. We had our first driving range session this year. For me, some of it went well. Until I got to my hybrid iron. Then it went in the toilet. I think its just that i cant bring the head of the club around fast enough. Hopefully that will improve.

Gaming-wise- been pretty busy. Im in the Wheezing Geezers. I definitely feel like this is the place for me. Everyones been awesome to me. Also a bunch of comraderie and tourneys. Long live team Cornhole lol. Tonight is tourney 2. Im on team Trouser Chili. :) Weve got some really good teams, itll be interesting to see what happens.

Ive been trying to get some time in with my GRAW and WoW buddies as well, but it gets a little difficult. Hopefully now that things are slowing down, Ill be able to.
