Had a blast saw some interesting animal up close and personal, couldnt wait in the line to get a guided tour of the giant pandas though, the kids were becoming restless. After our stay we got caught in a traffic jam that seemed to go for miles! (10 to be exact) and it took us 45min to get 10miles.
I have one thing to say about traffic jams and people moving in and out of lanes. Pick one!
Some guy in a black truck points to ask for me to let him in front, and to be honest if he'd of never made eyecontact I would have shut him outta my lane as quick as anyone else. No no no, eye contact almost gives you permission(i am southern, we are too nice) so he gets in along with a salvation army truck and a focus. I was frustrated and then what happens next? everysingle one of the people how wanted in my lane wanted out.
So then after it all clears we stop to eat a LongHorns and tell the kids "please act 5 instead of 2" crossing our fingers, We hate eatting out when they are in their "im gonna be loud" moods. And naturally they actup and embarrass us. I know we arnt the only people that have bad kids... lol
recap-
zoo = cool, & fun
trip = pain in the ass
