Laid Off

That sucks Wilderz! Keep your head up dude and your nose to the grind, change can be painful but it can bring better times too. :D - BAT

My wife's friend / assistant in her department is also getting laid off. She's not only the lowest paid person in the office but she does tasks of 4 different people. How that makes any sense on saving money is beyond me. Why not lay off a 100k + salaried project manager or two ? Stupid business decisions.

Not very often you get to say "sucks" and "congrats" in one statement, but: Sucks you've been laid off, but congrats on landing on your feet. Employee discounts are sweet.
