the rest of the story

I know, second blog today.  I'm just a blog whore, I guess.  I just wanted to follow up on my whining of this morning.  It is raining.  It has been raining and cold allll day.  I drove to the park and ride this morning and the bus was already there.  Good!  From car to bus in the rain is not too bad.  There was one seat by the window left, so I thought I would grab that one.  Yikes!!!!  The window had leaked and the seat was not just wet, it was SOGGY wet!  I jumped up and uttered a few choice words and got way too much attention from the others on the bus.  One guy offered me his seat.  The lady behind me apologized for not telling me the seat was wet.  How did she know?  Well, she sat in it just before I did.  Bah!  I found another seat that was dry, and spent the rest of the ride feeling like I peed my pants.  Ahhhh, the humiliation!  I had to walk the block to the hospital with wet britches!  Fortunately, scrubs dry very fast.  Sooooo, that was the highlight of my day.  Booooooo
