Things in 2o2p are finally starting to get a little bit intresting, Feb 6th i was voted into Art of War WoooOOooo!. then i was added to the gears list GearHeads. and today i was informed by oO mohawk Oo that i am infact a part of 2o2p / Elite CHAINSAW SQAUDRON. as well as im part of the clan 2o2rpg.
I think im going to spend tomorrow trying to play through and get as many achievments as possible in StarWars:ForceUnleashed, the games fun but its a little to arcady and i seriously doubt im going to play through it more then once. My thought process behind this is that im going to trade-in DeadSpace and StarWars and probably get skate2 because thats a game that i'll play multiplayer on a regular basis.

On another note, i've had several people ask me about my meditation practice so i thought i would post a simple meditation, do them or dont.
Sit facing a blank white wall (sit close enough that it fills your view but not so close that it hurts your eyes), cross your legs put a pillow under your butt/tailbone if it helps, straighten your spin(but dont make it stiff),let your shoulders hang naturaly down, put both hands palms facing upwards in your lap right hand on top and left hand on bottom (Left hand cradles right hand), now simply place the tips of your thumbs together lightly, push your hands slightly into your stomach/groin which should slightly lift up your arms. image holding eggs with your armpits and you'll get the idea, and lightly tuck your chin into your chest<--this posture sounds difficult but once you decipher it and do it a few times it should be pretty comfortable.

While your sitting there facing the wall, pay attention to the random thoughts/emotions/mental images going through your head, now simply say to yourself "having a believed thought that (what your thinking about)". after you say this recognize the physical attributes of your breath, the physical feeling of you sitting there. do this to the count of 3 breaths, and simply sit being attentive within the moment neither rushing or forcing the experience. when you have another thought/emotion/mental image come to mind simply repeate the same exercise, feel the physical attributes around you to the count of 3 breaths and repeate.
It sounds easy huh? its not...
