A thought

This morning while getting ready for work, I was thinking--wouldn't it be cool if we could clone famous people from the past, and we found out there was nothing special about them.  They were just regular people who happened to be there at the right time to make history, but if you put them in regular life today they are just plain old douchebags.

I wish I was a writer, I'd write a book about it. If there hasn't been one already written.  George Washington's clone would become a little gangbanger who goes by 'G-Dub'.  Genghis Khan's clone would be this wimpy little sci-fi nerd.

I guess there has been stuff like that written already. Farmer's Riverworld series was kind of like that, and in Dark City they switched people around every night. Maybe I better not write that book after all.

I would imagine any book written by MTK would play out very similar to something like "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen".
