Target

Anyone have experience writing to Target customer service? I got screwed over and would like to write a letter, but SURPRISE! Their website doesn't list any information about customer feedback. I guess that should tell me right there how much of a flying frack they give about people's opinions right?

Anyway, does anyone know of an e-mail or a mailing address you can use to tell someone over there what a shitty job they're doing?

If you're wondering, I bought a box of basketball cards a while back and got home to found it had been opened and all the cards were removed. When I took it back they told me yeah, this happens all the time (even showed me where they cut and re-taped the plastic seal) and no, they won't be held responsible for selling me a product that did not contain the item promised. So to extrapolate, I guess if I buy a toaster and get home to find a couple bricks in the box, they're not responsible for that either.

So fuck Target. I feel a duty to write a letter and explain my disgruntledness--not because I expect a refund but just to let them know that policy sucks balls. But judging from their site, they don't want any fucking feedback because there's no information whatsoever about it. So I guess I just don't shop there anymore, and they won't even know the difference. Bullshit.

If you paid by credit card, dispute the charge.

go to better business bureau my mother contacted them about dish network lying to her about being able to cancel an hd service without charge and when she tried they laughed at her and said well you have hd recievers so you will be charged a 7.99 monthly fee. well she wrote the bbb andwithin a couple of weeks she was called back and dish promptly apologized for the rude customer support and gave her a discount on top of removing the 7.99 monthly fee.

I have access to a database of very detailed proprietary information at my job. If you need corporate mailing addresses or names of executives PM me and I'll pull a report (doesn't cost me anything).

Balek-I found that page but they imply that it's for requesting information about the company. I didn't really want to submit it through there but I guess I can give it a shot. Thanks for all the advice guys! I gotta figure out how pissed I am and how much more effort I wanna expend (I'm lazy)

I guess I have to be the one to point out that the people at Target probably thought you were a fruitcake. After all, you were BUYING PICTURES OF MEN.

Did you speak to a manager? I also found a number to call 1.800.440.0680 I hope that helps. It's not through company info. http://www.target.com/E-mail-Phone-Contact-Us-Help/b/ref=nav_footer_cont...
