First, our server is down at work. Since our ONLY IT guy passed away a couple months ago, and they haven't found a replacement, we are screwed. We've been relying on an outside consulting company to come in and fix things when they go wrong, but no one at the company is answering the phone. So this is shaping up to be one awesome day so far.
Also: yesterday on the way home from work I stopped at a store that is in the same center as a Gold's Gym. As I was passing the gym, some guy steps out right in front of my car not looking either direction. It's a parking lot, so that's not a huge surprise even though it's kind of a-holey. Anyway as he's walking in front of my car focusing on the ground about 3 feet ahead of him, I notice his style of dress. He's got sweatpants and a muscle shirt--and a New York Yankees Batting Helmet!!! WTF, I know every baseball fan has one of these from their favorite team tucked away in their closet or game room somewhere, but is it really normal to wear it out and about? Is this a Yankees thing, or was this guy just a real piece of work?
