Korea Or Bust

So there Is was, sitting there thinking about my future. As some of you may know i was relieved from recruiting duty recently and have been awaiting reassignment back into the mainstream Army. I recently called me Assignment Manager (the person who assigns us jobs based on Occupation specialty and Rank) and was told that the only options I have are to...

1. Go back to Iraq for the 3rd time. I will be assigned to a MiTT team. These are the teams that are training the Iraqi Army how to defend themseleves and prepare to serve thier own nation.

or

2. Go to Korea.

Guess which I chose?

I have no problem going back to Iraq. I think it would be a good thing for me and my family, however, I have neve been to Korea and look forward to the chance to serve there. My wife has a very good job and is looking at getting a promotion within the next few months and my daughter is getting ready to start kindegarten and there is no need to pull her out of the school.

I really enjoy being a part of this website. I really love that 2old2play has rekindled my love for xbox live. I would have left long ago if it had not been for the members here. Thank you to all and know that even though I may not be as active here as I was, I am still a member of this wonderful site.
