People suck.

A lady and her son standing in line at the store……. A man and his daughter line up behind them, talking about her high school day.

What’s the big deal?

People…. I can’t believe how small minded and ignorant they are. The whole story?

I go to the store with my daughter, I need a couple thing to finish making dinner. Just a quick trip, so we don’t bother grabbing jackets. Get the 2 things what we need and leave…. We have the food, we look for the express lanes, the shortest line has 3 people in it….an old lady….this dude rockin a mullet….and a lady with her son. As we walk to get in line behind this lady and her son, I can see she’s laughing and joking with him. She turns turns to me as I’m talking with my daughter giving her advise, and smiles with a hint of aaawww how sweet is he? Giving his daughter some good advise.

I continue the conversion, the little boy settles down, he’s looking at me. I smile. He just keeps staring. I’m still talking to Jordain (my daughter). The mother looks down, to check on her boy, she sees him staring, she’s still smiling and turn her head to see what the boy is fixed on. Her eyes connect to me and Jordain, still smiling, her eyes start to move down. Then she sees my bare arm.

I smile at her……..Her smile?.....Gone! She slowly reaches for her boy like a I’m going to attack. WTF????

Lady 2 seconds ago you thought I was the face of fatherhood, you see one of my Tattoos and you think what? I’m a criminal, some circus freak, what? She wrenches the poor boys head around and whispers something in his ear ( I hope it was “its not polite to stare”) she pays, and leaves quickly. What!? like I’m going to follow you cause you know I have a tattoo…..COME ON! Read a book, get out in the real world, talk to real people for once in your life lady. Sorry for the rant.
