Shared on Fri, 04/07/2006 - 17:57So last night while wathcing tv, I noticed something in the bottom left hand corner of my tv...It was faint but I noticed it...It appeared to be a circle with a bar looking thing on top of it. I changed channels a couple of times to see if it would show up on other channels, and it did on some, but not on others...It only really appeared on channels showing something white or very bright..Then it dawned on me what it is...
FUCKING SCREEN BURN IN!!! AND IT WAS FROM HALO!!!
You have to be fucking kidding me, I thought the warnings of screen burn in were bs...Well let me tell you folks it is not. So know I am thinking to my self, if I keep playing Halo will it get worse? What the hell.
Well I know what I have to do know, and it is going to be expensive. This means I will have to buy and lcd tv for the office so I can play in there and so I do not run the risk of jacking my tv up (more than it is now). But this is not going to happen until we get our tax refund back, which hopefully will be in about a month to 6 weeks. But here is the catch. The Mrs. is not going to let this go by, without also getting a new tv for upstairs..Well here is the deal with this, currently she will go upstairs to watch tv when I play Halo, (Yes she is the uber coolest wife in the world, she rarely says something about it) but the tv upstairs is a little older and cannot get the movie channels or hd. Plus with us doing IVF in June she will have to be stuck upstairs in bed and will need something to help pass the time away. So In all reality I may need to buy 2 new tvs..Crap that is going to be a lot of coin!!! I know this is a really lame ass thing to complain about, and I know I am very lucky to even be able to consider to do this.
God damn you H2!!! And another thing is I am going to have to figure something else out on the wiring..Rember a few weeks back I just re-did my home theater wiring. Now the pain in the ass things is that I use my 360 for our dvd player. So when I move my xbox, and 360 into the office, what the hell am I going to do for a dvd player..Yeah you guessed it, I will probably need a new dvd player for the living room..

Well thats it, I got a h2 tourney this weekend. My goal for us is to win more than one match, maybe one match plus 1 game..Well wish 3 dicks and a Chick (that is our team name) luck!!!
