i don't follow comics much but why is spidey wearing the black suit/symbiote again?

he has switch back because of the events of the "Civil War" story line..Basically he is now considered a criminal, and is on the run with some of the other avengers...And he Aunt has been shot because of him and the black suit is a symbol of his dark side.
