And I think this is the only time you'll ever see the word "fucktard" in an official memorandum from the National Labor Relations Board. For a quick background, the self-proclaimed fucktard brought this complaint to the NLRB, claiming he was fired illegally.

And that's why I refuse to join LinkedIn. Ok, that's not why, but it's a good enough reason. Why not require the employee to change the info, and educate others on the visibility of the information? See, this is what's wrong with corporate america ;) Fire the PR department and hire an OB consultant. Also, hehe, 'fucktard' in a labour board memo
