New Reel and an Old Stove

Waterborn's previous blog post got me motivated today. My dad had given me an old Coleman stove years ago. I had never done anything with it except to clean out the mouse nest that had accumulated in it. After watching Waterborn's post, I decided to see if I could get this old stove working. After a little oil, it seems to hold pressure. I will have to pick up some fuel and test it out.

It even still had the owners manual with it. Dad doesn't throw anything away.

Also picked up a new reel for my old fly rod. Can't wait to get it wet.

Holy Crap H2, I had the same stove. In fact I just got rid of it last year as I got tired of messing with the White gas. I got a Coleman grill that takes the little propane tanks.

Yeah, I have been thinking of just buying a new one because the propane tanks seem a lot easier to mess with.

I was going to buy a new camping stove with just propane tanks but got the tailgate grill instead. It's very versatile.
