Baskin Robbins - Are you listening?

A few weeks back I wrote about my bad experience at a local Baskin Robbins. I wrote a letter to the manager and I never heard back from him/her. Disappointing don't you think? So today I called the corporate headquarters and talked to one of their customer service reps. She was not happy to hear about what had happened. She will be reporting the incident to the manager of the store as well as his/her superior. If I hear from them again I will let you know.



Why couldn't Drew have waited on me?
