Update for today

blah...today is just one of those days. Feel like shit, didnt sleep well. all that bunk. Actually I take that back. I slept great, but probably not enough. Was insanely hard to wake up this morning. Don't even remember the 1st half of the trip to work.

FOOD:
8:30 AM - 1 granola bar
12:00 PM - slice of pineapple pizza
3:00 PM - leftover pineapple from pizza
5:00 PM - chicken strips, some bakes potatoe wedges and honey mustard sauce (2 tbsp).
8:00 PM - popcorn

3.5 Pepsi Big Slam bottles of water so far. working on a full 4th bottle.

WORKOUT:
Won't be one today. I feel like total crap and I have to go to someones house and fix there computer. Which will take God knows how long. By then I will probably just end up going to sleep early and try to feel better for tomorrow.

I'll update again before I go to bed. Maybe I'll manage a workout in or something. We'll see.

No workout happened, but I did get $20 for 5 minutes of "pc repair" if thats what you can call it. Just had to tell the guys copy of AOL to redetect his modem and it went without a hitch. In and out in 5. Couldn't have been  easier.

You're eating like a bird dude! Try a more protien focused diet. 2,3 or 4 eggs (preferably whites only) for breakfast, low cal protien bar for snack, tuna, turkery, chicken type sandwitch for lunch with a good amount of veggies: tomato, lettuce, sprouts, cucumbers maybe, pickles. Then dinner have chicken or fish (once in a while pork) with a salad or beans. You'll have more energy. Yoru body burns carbs, fat and then protien as fuel. So if you keep your carbs low, you can burn through those throught the day so you'll be burning fat by evening workout. Just some thoughts. hate to see a good man starve.
