Shared on Mon, 12/18/2006 - 15:30Finally the bomb has been dropped and Jolly and family know of the great secret that has been kept for the past weeks. If only I could have seen his reaction.
Im very proud to be a part of this site and the family that is 2old2play. I havent been here as long as some others on the site, but in the time I've been here I've made alot of new friends and people I feel like I can trust. And some I know more about than I probably would ever want to know.
In some ways it feels like a family. Sure theres some drama and bickering occasionally...but thats just the way of the world.
But Im glad to be a member of the site and want to thank the 2 who started it all and have kept it running for as long as it has.
In other news. The East Coast lan is fast approaching. Not too far off and I really wanna go. I didnt think I would really want to...but reading about the place and who all is going...Im getting excited about it.
There are obstacles that must be overcome though.
Obstacle #1: Need a ride. My built-in GPS system is broken...so Im horrible with directions. I dont drive by myself anywhere except to places I've been a few times allready. So me driving from Aiken to Philly is like going around the world without a compass and not knowing where you started off from...in fog.
Obstacle #2: Im poor. Well not broke poor...but like...college student poor. I cant afford a room by myself, but I can probably handle splitting the cost with someone. Same with travel expense. I can help pay for gas there and back and whatnot.
So hopefully someone around South Carolina wont mind an extra passenger or roomy or something. We shall see.
Thats about it for now.
Gatsu OUT!
