Woke up late this morning. So my schedule is all fucked up. Got to work late. They didn't have a problem with it...I just really hate being late. So I didnt get to pack a lunch or eat breakfast. So by lunch time its gonna take two kittens and a baby to fill the beast!
On the Julia front, things seem decent. She and I talked for a long time...well I did alot of talking and hopefully she did some listening. She apologized for the bullshit...actually thanked me for sticking it out and not leaving.
Then her mom and I double teamed her with the stuff we both expect and need from her from here on out. And her mom and I are gonna keep on her about her medications and sticking with a healthier eating regiment. Which Im gonna be helping both of them out with.
So now its really just a waiting game. I told her and her mom both what I was expecting, not just from Julia...but from her mom as well. Because the household environment isn't a good or stable one. And that things needed to change, because the way they are going...people are going to end up dying. I made no direct threats...but I sure made alot of scary promises. And luckily they both understood all of it and said they agreed.
In other news:
Silent Hill on DVD today. Go pick it up! Its a friggin sweet movie! I shall be eating $.20 teriyaki wings while watching, then take in some 3rd Strike training. I heard there might be some competition at Dragon*con since they have an arcade. So I will definitely be partaking of that.
Dragon*con I'm very excited about. Voltaire, Cruxshadows and Godhead are gonna be performing. So I will finally get to go to a show. I'll be going as Silent Bob...although sadly I will be Jay-less. So I will probably be walking around with a sign that says "Wheres my Jay at?"
I'll get some pics of my finished costume posted before I go to con. And probably over the weekend I'll be posting some pics and after I return, perhaps some video. We shall see though. It'll be my first year. So there will be alot to take in.
