Shared on Thu, 02/08/2007 - 09:18Here are some pictures from a Lithuanian Refinery that didn't take care of their process lines and sprung a leak. This is similar to where I work except that we don't let our process lines get big holes in them. There is also a video of the tower (vaccum distilation tower, for those interested) collapsing. Sorry about the music, I didn't pick it. No one was injured, but the was almost $50 million in damage, as well as the fact that the refinery will be down for a while.
