Saturday, June 10th 4v4

So its a whole new ball game for me because Im playing with a new team now.  Weve been having to readjust to how each other plays, and each guy has had to make compromises in order to help the team out more.  At first I was getting frustrated because I was used to the Profanity team where it was so easy since we had practiced a lot.  Ive worked past that though becase Ive realized its not that team anymore.  So my role has shifted into more of a leadership role as far as keeping the team focused, and keeping us talking.  Weve been coming together really well, and have had some good games with many good teams off the site.  We still have a ways to go as far as being a good team, and becoming a dominant team.  I feel we can be a pretty strong site team as time goes by.

This Saturday night was the first time Ive matched up against my old mates since MLG. Now nothing happened to make me leave the team.  It was simply just wanting to venture out on the site, and play with some new faces.  Profanity will always be my friends, and that goes way beyond the video game.  With that being said...... suck it. lol.  So the first game against them is CTF sanctuary.  I knew this one wouldnt be easy just due to Profanity practicing this one a lot prepping for MLG.  It was a complete dog fight.  I cant really explain how close this game was.

Now as you can see the game lasted for 15:25.  Imagine just fighting for that long without having one cap.  We finally were able to get a run together and score a flag.

Now game 2 was Slayer on BC.  I knew if soup got the lead, and rocket that they would defend blue like no tomorrow.  Well, thats exactly what happened.  By the time we finally broke through they just moved over to the red base.  Game over lol

Game 3 was another dogfight.  The game was oddball on Midship.

As you can see this was another really close game.  We came up short in the end though by 15 seconds.


So overall I had fun matching up against my old team.  We all had fun, and there were a few suck its exchanged in the lobbies.  

We went 5-1 in the next 6 games, and had fun with those guys also.  I want to say congratulations to Moesleys team for pulling one out for a change.  They played very well Saturday night going 7-2.  Good jobs guys
