Wolfenstein is out the door and it seems many a developer at Raven are breathing a sigh of relief. As many of you know, Wolfenstein's single-player campaign was in development for some time so a lot of the guys & gals here are glad to be moving onto something new. So far the game has been met with good responses from both fans of the series and the gaming press. We are also aware of multiplayer issues many of you have been experiencing. While multiplayer launch difficulties are almost always an issue with anticipated games like Wolf; id, Activision, and everyone involved are eager to make MP sing and are open to any feedback you have to squash bugs you might sumble across, and refine gameplay. Please post any feedback to the official Wolfentein forums on this thread.
Singularity continues to move along, the game is back into a state of controlled chaos that is game development. This also means Raven is going into a bit of information lull until the end of this year or beginning of next year when we start opening the floodgates of new Singularity information.
Raven's fall softball season begins Monday, the 24th. The Co-Ed team will playing The Brew Herons and on Thursday the Men's team will be playing Frankenteam. I'm a bit nervous about it all (my first time "managing" a sports team) but at the same time we have a surprising amount of big hitters on the teams so it could go really well. Even though we're not really "in it to win it", it's always nice to write a "W" down on the scorecard and down that victory drink afterwards.
As always, I enjoy hearing from everyone so please feel free reach out to me on Twitter or drop me a line over email.
