Suing Someone

For the first time in my life I actually might have to get involved in a lawsuit.  I personally hate lawyers and I think that most of America sues all to often for the worst reasons.  For me, I tried everything in my power to try and stop the lawsuit, but after being taken advantage of for the 3 time I just want justice to be served. 

What happened was I actually tried to warn others about the situation and for that reason I was banned from my own product that I purchased.  I was in such shock that I almost didn't know where to begin.  Lucky the community has such a great response time that they almost immediately came to my aid.  So now Im in the position to actually sue and it makes me sick.  Any of you had this experience?  If so sound off in my forum post in off topic.  The title is Need A Lawyer.
