Yeah, I know. WTF! I guess its the American way. Buy now, pay later. When I had money about 3 years ago I was to chicken to go into the mortgage paying circle of life. Now that I barley have enough food to eat, i decided to take a huge leap. Why? Well, the building was a REALLY good deal for Chicago so it was one of those times you just cant pass it up.
Good news is Im certain that even if I fail to make payment, I can at least rent it out for the cost of the mortgage. Not only that, but if you have been reading my previous blogs you know how my car has been a curse in my life. Well, this condo has a GARAGE!!!! That alone made me want to buy it on the spot.
Anyway Im supposed to close in June and Im pretty excited. Since Ebola has moved out and now Bliz is moving in, it should be even stranger around the house. It goes without saying that the reason you see a Google ad in the main forums is directly related to my buying a condo. So click for my new house.
