Well, okay, it was actually Friday.  We were busy getting ready for a garage sale with the rest of the neighborhood on Saturday.  We had some computer monitors, clothes, some kitchen things electronics, etc.  Saturday was a good day.  We were able to sell a lot of things (junk) and ended up taking everything else to the Goodwill that afternoon.  There was really good traffic through the neighborhood which helped tremendously.  SilverDragon, I looked over everything and the only thing we had you might have been interested in is an old oiler.  But, we really weren't sure that was what it was.  All of my tools from the old place went along with the cases.

We did so well, I went and purchased Shadowrun!  What a game.  It is difficult to master but the combinations are almost endless.  I just finished the training last night and already had invitations from 202players.  Too cool.  The stepson took hold of it and is playing the bots in solo matches and not doing too badly.  He wants to play against me know and I'm going to have to break it to him that there isn't a split screen to this game we will have to join the online group.  He's a good kid and wouldn't dream of trash talking to anyone.  In fact, when he plays Halo2 online he doesn't wear the headphones.  He plays very quietly.  Soup can tell anyone what he's like, they have played together.  I guess my point is if I'm invited to a game would anyone mind if he would join?

The guys also did a lot of work last week running cable under the house for phone, cable tv and LAN for the xbox.  The house should be wired from end to end now so the xboxes can talk to each other or play separately online, phone jacks in most rooms and a network system for the computers also.  We are WIRED!  Really pays to marry a geek who has geek sons!  It will be sweet once they get everything up and running.  Right now we have a crossover cable so the two xboxes can play each other or separately but we have to run the cable across the floor and with the big sweety (Devon the dog) the possibility of snagging the cable increases.

I made runzas last night and for those with German and other European backgrounds you might know them as bierocks.  They are a ground beef and cabbage mixture in a roll.  There is a franchise here in the midwest called Runza that makes something very similar.  I have changed the recipe a little and use a hot sausage with onion, cabbage and extra sharp cheddar cheese. OMG.  Yum, Yum.  If anyone is interested PM me.

Would you rather
Be forced to look at yourself in every reflective surface you pass for at least 20 seconds
Or
never see your reflection again?

Keep on Go!

Dang it! Now I'm hungry. I already know what I look like; no mirrors, please.

I don't think most of the 2o2p crowd will have any problem with him playing with us. But, I think they want to give priority to other 2o2p members first. As more and more people grab this game, it is getting harder to get into the 2o2p rooms as they fill up quite fast now. Just ask everyone in the room if it is ok for him to come in and vouch for him, and I doubt anyone will mind.
