Soup update

Most of you probably noticed that Soup hadn't posted today.  He had his surgery this morning.  I talked with his wife about 2 hours ago and he is home and resting.  The surgery went as expected except the surgeons found that one nasal passage was almost overgrown with cartilage.  He also had wild fluctuations with his blood pressure in the recovery room.  As I said, he is home now, but not feeling the best.  If you think about it, give him a thought for a full recovery back to his gaming.  I'm sure he will be back as soon as possible and some of you may already know this.  But, being his sister, I'm nosy and thought I would post it for the rest.

In other news, I stopped by Burger King yesterday and bought two BK games for the Xbox: Pocketbike racing and Bumper cars.  I tried out the pocket bike race before we went out to dinner and had a blast.  The controls are easy to manage since not all of the buttons are used on the controller.  The right toggle isn't used at all, but the right thumb is utilized with the BXYA buttons for various purposes like taunting, sliding for corners, surges of speed and I can't remember the last one off the top of my head, but it was fun!!! I was in last place each time I tried.  Even thought the BK King creeps me out every time I see the commercials on TV, the game was fun.  I'm going to try the bumper car game tonight.  I love the fact that with each game you get a free 48 hour pass to Xbox Live and all for $3/each.
