Let me Introduce myself

I suppose that I should give a little background on myself since I've started posting. Otherwise, I can see people asking, "Who the hell is this chick?" Ok, fair enough. I am a Husker fan at heart and always will be. Be that good or bad, doesn't matter. I am recently married to a certifiable geek who also has two boys, 12 and 16, who are also geek-like, but in a cool way. All three of them are big gamers. Unfortunately, their mother doesn't allow current technology in the house (Amish?) So, whenever they are here for a visit, the time is mostly spent playing games on the computer, the PSP, or the Xbox 360. Current fascination is COD3 and Halo 2.

I am a big fan of Monty Python comedy and the old Saturday Night Live skits with the "Not ready for primetime players." I used to read almost voraciously, but now am working on a Masters program and work full time. So, I'm not sure how much time I will have to play, either online or by myself.

My brother is SoupNazzi and we have a lot of similar tastes, oddly enough. He encouraged me to get involved with this site and I finally decided to take the plunge.

Anyway, we are headed out to view Eragon at the local theater. I'm curious.
