Guitar Hero!

I picked up Guitar Hero yesterday and played the opening set on easy. Three lousy fingers and I was struggling to get three stars. I was trying to remember how to position my wrist to get better coverage of the frets and wow. This was not easy. I would forget to strum, forget to press a note, etc. But... it is a blast! It is definitely going to take some practice on moving fingers and keeping them in the right position.

We watched Pan's Labyrinth last night. I had no idea what this movie was about. The Spanish dialogue really caught me off guard even though we always watch television with closed caption on. The opening really threw me off and I didn't make the connection with the Spanish language and the fact this took place in Spain around the time of WWII. For some reason, I thought that the bad guys were Nazis. Besides all of my misconceptions about the movie, it really was pretty good. I must say that I was expecting more from the fantasy part and was disappointed, but overall good.

Would you rather
Be able to communicate fluently with all animals
or
automatically understand all foreign languages?

Personally, I would rather be able to communicate with all animals if not for the reason to stop the animal uprising.
