The one good thing about not having online capability while in travel mode is that I finished COD4.  I sat on the bed thinking that was waay too easy.  So, I go back to view each mission and sure enough, somewhere along the line (I know which one) the mode was switched to recruit.  I started on regular and actually restarted the first two on veteran.  Well, hell, sure it seemed easy, IT WAS.  Well, I actually did plan on going through all of them on veteran to get more acheveys.  I know what I did.  I went back on a mission after finishing on regular to get a piece of intel.  I went back on recruit to make it easy on myself.  Instead of getting the setting back on regular I kept going on recruit.  Oh, well, there are still pieces of intel I need to obtain so no harm.  It's good practice for me.  This is now the second game I have completed.  w00t!

Home again for the next round of snow and the youngest step son is arriving  this weekend for the holiday.  Busy, busy.  I'm looking forward to everyone opening gifts.  Although, it is getting harder and harder to think of gifts for the boys.  I don't like to use the phrase, "hard to buy for" but I really have thought about gifts and the boys have just about everything they could need or want.

Just got off the phone with Dastard.  There are some things that you just don't want to hear before returning home.  The cat is not using the litter box and the hallway is soaked, is definitely not one of them.  Damn, we already went through a bout of chronic urinary tract infections not that long ago when she did the same thing.  No, it wasn't a behavior problem.  It did result in surgery to have it fixed.  I know, some of you would get rid of the animal but that is just not me.  If this were something other than a medical problem then yea, I might think about it.

Well, time for bed.

Keep on Go!
