I'm at work on a Sunday to use Net access!

Man, this sucks. I'm at work uploading my next drinking video for my video show because I have no network access at home. No, wait, I have no FUCKING POWER. Because of the New England ice storm we had a few days ago I've been without power since Friday at 1 in the morning. Yeah, my entire weekend was shot. Oh, and I've got family up from Oaklahoma for Christmas. They're staying for two weeks, arrived on Saturday to my house at 48 degrees F.

I've driven an hour and a half south to pickup a power generator down in Mass. I had to rent one (far far away) because most of Southern NH and some of Northern Mass is without power. They're saying it could be several more days, I'm hoping for hours....

I got the generator wired on my house central heating system so we're currently sporting a powered boiler, heater and...Xbox 360. Yeah, a bit o' Rock Band to pass the days and keep the kids out of my hair. My sister-in-law arrived with her three kids, plus I have two, so it makes for a big chaotic house.

Now I've got to plan on tackling the fridge tomorrow and downstairs freezer. We've lost a lot of food over the last few days. Currently living on Donuts, Pizza and any local take out that has power. Also been utilizing the outside as our fridge.

God this sucks.

it must be a sight to see some oklahoma natives sittin in 48 degree temps. my family tried to live in indiana for about, ohh half a year and they didnt even get all the way through winter before they packed up shit and headed south again crying the whole way home about the temps here. and my family is the big belt buckle cowboy hat and boot weraring kind. but i hope everyone is safe and your power comes back on pretty damn quick.

Be thankful that your not on well and septic. It really sucks to have no power and no water. When Hurricane Juan rolled over us we lost power for 3 days. Much better off than those who lost it for a month. This past Friday, the same storm that hit you blew trees down on my lot and one broke the top of a power pole. Lost power for only 5 hours. Also lucky for us was the unseasonably warm weather.
