"Why Do We Prefer Sequeles" made it on slashdot.org's games section - congradulations. First thing you do, DO NOT READ THEIR COMMENTS. :)

I don't bother, but I know there must be at least 100 flame trolls on that page. Just be glad you got accepted by the /. crew, that is all that matters.

PS: And congradulations to TANK and his GoW write-up which is a big hit on digg right now. Your effort to go to the preview was worthwhile.

Just wish i could have brought my video camera to film the entire opening of Gow. The tix said no cameras and they were checking bags (though, i managed to not get checked myself).

I noticed the same thing on digg too. People marked my story about the Wii kiosks as inaccurate without reading it very carefully. "I work at Best Buy and we're going to have a kiosk, so this story is inaccurate." was a common response. Duh!

That's the digg trend. Take something that's accurate, if you don't like it, not digging it isn't a big enough "voice" so they mark it with inaccurate hoping to get the red flag to raise.
