Shared on Sat, 11/01/2008 - 19:28Bloom and her sister came into our house in August of 2001 after we had moved to South Carolina as my wife wanted someone in the house when I was at the hospital overnight.
Last summer, she developed autoimmune hemolytic anemia, which caused her to be extremely fatigued. She did well for several months, on various medications, but we came home tonight and I found her in the back yard.
I'll miss my running buddy.
