GOW2: Avid player, but not too good.

The last gaming system I owned was an original Nintendo NES. A friend gave me an xbox 360 about a year ago and I didn't play much until he convinced me to buy Gears of War 2. Now I am terribly addicted and my wife thinks I need a 12 step program. I play GOW2 about every night after my family goes to bed, but I am not good. In fact, I am still working my way up to the rank of "Terrible". Maybe it is just because I am new, but I prefer teams to communicate and work together. Which clan should I join?
