My wife went back to the Dr. and he gave her someting to help ease the transition between medications.  It seems to be working, she takes it at night and it also helps her sleep, although she is extra grogy in the monings.  I think one of the hardest parts of this desise is not taking it personaly when she lashes out.

Your right, that is the hardest part. I lived with a Bi-polar g/f for a long time. Actually got to the part that I thought I was doing things wrong.

Would it be beneficial to seek a support group? For both of you?

So sorry Bo. Ive suffered through PPD and I know how hard it can be. Heck, I still have nights where I whine to shakes about being "broken". My best friend went through 4 different meds before she found the right one for her. It really is a crazy roller coaster ride. good luck to you guys for finding what works for you.
