Status and Gameplay

I feel like things are returning back to normal. I picked up my Escape after work yesterday. The shop did an excellent job repairing the damage from the accident to the back left of the car. They even cleaned it for me, which saves me a couple of hours this Saturday. My son's eye infection is completely gone and the tinitus in my right ear has become more tolerable, although I'm still going to see an otolaryngologist next week. Oh, and my laptop is basically working with the exception of it not recognizing my wireless card. I think I'm just going to wipe everything on Saturday and start from scratch - I should've done that when got it out of the box. It has attitude with a few things like not shutting down when I power it off (I get the Windows screen that says, "It's now safe to shut down your machine"). Some of it's due to preinstalled HP crap that's gotta go and some of it's due to problems I experienced while upgrading from Windows XP Home to Professional.

College basketball is about to start, so I'm excited about that. I'm a graduate of Carolina and a diehard Tar Heel - this year's team has been rated the best recruiting class in the country by almost every analyst. That fact and that Duke's point guard, Greg Paulus, is out indefinitely because of a broken bone in his foot has me thinking that we're going to pwn some bitches and I'll get to watch Duke lose. I'm not sure which I enjoy more, Carolina winning or Duke losing. Just a bit of info, I have two email aliases that are dukehater@unc.edu and dookhater@unc.edu - Dook being the preferred spelling of that miserable, godless school.

I'm finally capping good games again. Once I got my laptop up and running I had to deal with some sound issues, but now all's right with the world again. Here's a game from last night that I've also uploaded to "My Videos." It's MGK, Malice, TM, and me vs. Bioslayer, Mr. White, Royal, and Drost. It's one of the few I've played lately where I do well, so I felt obligated to share it. Also, I capped voices. I also prepended a 2old2play.com intro that I made just because I thought it'd look cool. However, I asked Bioslayer to make another intro since he's much more skilled with that stuff, so it could change. As always, criticism is appreciated.
