I found the picture on CNN.com, and I was going to write my own caption.  Then I realized I couldn't write anything funnier than what's come out of the President's own mouth.

He's tried to use that line before, and he continually messes it up. i do not understand why his speechwriters continue to add it in, or why he continues to try and use it if its an add-lib.

It's much funnier to watch the clip because you can see the wheels turning as he's trying to remember exactly how the saying goes. It's classic.

How bout the one where he complains that the cost of malpractice insurance is so high that "OBGYNs wont be able to practice their LOVE with women"!!! Dipshit-in-chief! I know people take issue with my contempt for this incompetent fool, but can you blame me? He cant even speak english! Mike
