8 Weeks!

Ok, actually I already purchased my ticket but I just purchased one for The Librarian1 as well. I also just booked our room for the LAN. Usually, the wife just kinda tags along, goes out to diner with us and sits by the pool all weekend.  This year I was happy to hear that she wanted to get in on some of the gaming action.  Specifically, she wants to get in on some of the Rock Band gaming. 

We're only 8 weeks away at this point, and quite frankly, I'm looking forward to the mini-vacation.  I booked a couple of days early so Lisa and I could go downtown and do some sightseeing before the festivities begin.  That's been a nice tradition that we've had every summer since these LANs first started.  Now I'm just hoping I can get everything we're bringing packed up and loaded in the car.  I've got a full Rock Band setup to pack, the 360, projector, some sort of sound system for RB, the normal packing for 5 days and the customary bottle of Absinthe that always makes the rounds at the LAN.
