Highlight from Easter

First off, I hope everyone had a good weekend (and happy Easter for those celebrating). We hosted at my house, with my parents, sister, and her three kids (5 year old niece and twin 2 year olds) in for the weekend. All in all a great time...quite a bit more hectic and loud than I remember, since my kids are quite a bit older. However, the highlight came last night as we were preparing to put my 5 year old niece to bed. She walks into the family room, and looks at her mother with thoughtful eyes, and exclaims

"Mommy...I like shooting zombies!"

You see...my kids decided it was part of their duties as cousins to protect her from the upcoming zombie apocolypse and train her via Popcap's "Plants vs. Zombies" game.  This is the little girl who, to this point, has only been allowed to play e.g. math games or the like.

I'll put it this way: my sister was UNthrilled!
