Sunday again...

Well its another Sunday, here I sit in the basement rec-room.  I have done some laundry, I have gone in to work a few times, I have built a few new hounds...blah blah blah.

On a plus note my fiance' is coming home today from her weekend trip to Montreal with her friends.  I am glad she will be home in a few hours.  Knowing the risks of sounding like a pussy, I really don't like being alone like this for more than a day or so.  I just get so damn bored with no one here.  Although it has its enjoyable points.  Playing crackhounds until 1:30am with more beer in me than I really should have imbued was as good time.  Dragging my ass out of bed at 8am to get ready for being on-call, that wasn't all that much fun.   Thankfully I did the "Big GLASS of water" thing with a aspirin before I went to bed so I don't feel bad.  Just a little tired.  Not that anyone gives a shit.

I just read through Sabresrule30 Blog entry about having to play on split screen.  I hate playing split screen, especially when you have to play side by side, you lose so much peripheral vision that I can't do SHIT.  I enjoy spit screen racing titles that have the upper and lower split action.  I play RidgeRacer6 and Burnout with my "soon to be" step-son every once and a while and I find it pretty easy.

My father and I started to install a new garage door yesterday during the afternoon, in between my call ins to work.  I was getting my old one prepped to repaint it because it is a eyesore and shit.  My folkes turned up and measured the door and went and bought one...just bought the fucking thing.  I have found the only problem I am having is that my parents keep buying me shit for the house..not a big deal, but then I ahve to go outside and install it, or paint it..or move it..blah blah blah.  But it was s uper nice thing for them to do and I am thankful to them for getting it.  On the down side, turns out we installed one of the panels upside down, I noticed that today..so we are going to have to fix that.  Hopefully not today...its fucking pouring out.

Well, I have some dishes to get done before Amy gets home, I don't want her to think I was sitting on my ass all weekend, even though I was.
