Ice Ice baby...

Status post Disney's Monster Inc. on ice.

I have to say, it was cute.  The skating wasn't exactly olympic quality, there was some mild stumbeling and what not but it was pretty cool.  It was kind of like the "Cliff Note" version of the movie.  They have this kid who does the part of "boo" and I was impressed by her skating ability, not the acrobatics of it, but the fact she could stay on her feet, she captured the energy of a three year old quite well and was all over the place.  I especially liked the pyrotechnics and how they pulled them off.  They only some minor "spark bangs" and a few of those black powder poppers, but they were not BOOMING in the least which was excellently done since the 80% of the audience was under 10. 

I of course had the obligatory 5 kids behind me with just the mother and her friend watching them so I had a foot in the shoulder every 10mins or so, but that wasn't a big deal, the kids had really little feet.  Of course there was also the obligatory HOT mom just down and to the left of us that I had to pretend not to notice.   Perfect ass...ets...yeah, assets.

So I slept in today since I took the day off, yep..I didn't get out of bed until 8am...woo hoo, now i am going to work on finishing Rainbow 6 Vegas, I might try out some more COD3, and see if I can lure a pinata to move into my garden.

Well, 2 out 3 of those sounding guy like aren't bad.
