Big day

Today is going ot be a mess, I have a 3 foot tall stack of papers on my desk, that makes up only half of one contract and an inbox that needs to be a candidate on the Biggest Loser.....I am not looking forward to the work, but after lunch is when it all really starts.

I like my current job, the work is dull, but the people are cool, I would cut my arms off for my boss if she asked me because she has earned that loyalty and respect from me, and so long as we keep up with our work, they don't care what we do with our time.  However at 1:00  I have an intervew for a promotion, a HUGE promotion, a promotion I have absolutly no business even trying to get.....but try I will.    I am trading a comfortable work space with people I like and work I don't, for work that I love with people I don't know, an environment that feels rather uncomfortable, and a 35% raise. 

but who am I kidding, I had to go into negotiations just to prove that I was eledgible to get an interview.  I will have to wow them into a coma to even have a chance at this job.  but hey, that's what the old school charm is for....and facebook stalking the interview committee helps a bit too. 2 ladies who like cats, and one guy who loves airplanes...it may be cheating a bit, but I need all the help I can get.
