Well it's prostitution, there's no arguing that but she's making the sale in Nevada which has no prostitution laws so ya, she's in the clear legally. And if she can make 3 mill selling herself in a one time deal and set herself up for the rest of her like, go for it. It's a great idea. Morally questionable but there are lots of moral delemas when it comes to obtaining large sums of money.
